Josephine Dolores Lennartz (nee Farrauto)

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Billings Court Manor in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Frank Lennartz (2006) and loved fiancée of the late Ken Zodel (2015). Loving mother to the late Lisa Kuhn (2008), caring nanny to Jennifer and Kaleena (Nick) and cherished great-grandmother to Carter. Survived by her three siblings Jack (Anne), Marie, and Loretta. Predeceased by her parents Carmelo and Saveria (nee Piazzolla). She will be remembered by her surviving nieces, nephews and their families as an amazing Aunt who loved unconditionally. Dolores was the life of the party, always smiling, giving hugs and ready to tell a joke. She made many friends throughout her remarkable life and will be remembered for her crocheting, cooking, baking and guitar playing. Dolores worked as a building manager in St. Catharines for many years and enjoyed travelling to Florida with Frank in their motorhome. She had a generous heart with always a gift in hand. Dolores overcame many obstacles while remaining optimistic. She became a beacon of hope for all those who met her especially most recently as a volunteer in the convenience store at La Salle Towers where she lived for the last ten years.
